ZERA CARDS – Refund Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of ZERA Cards are final. Due to the nature of our physical and digital products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong items or your shipment is incomplete, notify us within 7 days. We will correct the issue promptly.

  1. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements may be issued after the carrier’s investigation is complete.

  1. Digital Products

All digital downloads, course materials, and subscription-based items are non-refundable upon purchase.
